DIRECTOR

Diego Nuñez Irigoyen studied Film in Buenos Aires Film University and Literature.

With a background in both film and theatre direction, his work focuses on stunning visuals and evoking compelling acting performances.

He has collected numerous awards including more than 20 Lions in Cannes and several more at Clio, D&AD, Wave, FIAP, EL Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Lápiz de Oro, Effie and Diente (Argentinean Creative Circle Awards).

The Almost Identical experience, that has collected 8 Lions -3 of them gold- in 2014 edition including 2 awards in Film and Film Craft and plenty of other international and regional awards, was entirely designed and executed by the production company and Diego not only directed the AV piece but also developed the whole visual concept of the art installations, as well as the design of the interactive experience. The piece The Fairest Night of all won 7 distinctions at 2016 Cannes Lions Festival including a Bronze in Film amongst several other international awards and his piece Clean Talk was awarded a Bronze Lion in Film in the 2017 Cannes edition.

In 2014 he has honored with both awards for best Iberoamerican Director and best Argentinean director at the Ojo de Iberoamérica.
