Each project has a lead director chosen for the script, supported by another director, giving agencies one clear lead while keeping an extra creative perspective involved. Their shared DNA is bold visual thinking, distinctive humor, and idea-driven storytelling — always grounded in something human and relatable. They work closely with agencies and clients throughout production, using tools like their open Production Bible to build and refine ideas, references, casting, and visual rules together. With directors who also come from copywriting backgrounds, the work is never just about looking good: the advertising idea always comes first. They’re especially drawn to ambitious campaigns with strong scripts, longer prep, and ideas that depend on getting the details right.
